Your order will be shipped either via Priority US Mail™ or FED EX™ Ground within 48 hours of the time you place it (or on the first day of the week if placed on the weekend) and typically will reach you within 5-7 days depending on the region of the country in which you live (we ship from California).

*2nd Day expedited orders placed by noon PST on Thursday will arrive the following Monday (no delivery Saturday or Sunday).*

*2nd Day expedited orders placed by noon PST on Friday will arrive the following Tuesday (no delivery Saturday or Sunday).*

*Overnite orders placed by noon PST on Friday will arrive on Monday (no delivery Saturday or Sunday).*

NEXT DAY and 2nd DAY DELIVERY

Orders placed after 12 pm PST (3 PM EST) will not be shipped the same day. Rather, they will be processed the next work day. If you must receive your order tomorrow, please call us at 1-800-357-4287 and we will be able to accommodate you.

You may upgrade your shipment to either a 2 Day or Overnight delivery when placing your order. We typically choose FED EX ™ for expedited deliveries. (Expedited deliveries to Post Office Boxes will be sent via US Mail™ Express delivery or 2 Day Mail, as specified.)

International Orders

To place your order, please complete the transaction using the standard shipping option, FedEx™ Home Delivery, and we will reply via email within 24 hours with actual international shipping rate quote.

Once you accept the quote, we will charge the additional fee to the your credit card and complete your order.

Note: International shipping charges do not include customs fees or tariffs. The customer is responsible for any additional duties or taxes that may be imposed in connection with international shipping.
